Throughout today, announcements have been coming in one after another from ski areas, tourist boards, and provinces.
However, during the regular Civil Protection press conference, Minister Boccia announced that all ski lifts across Italian territory will be closed by order of the Civil Protection Department.
Ski lifts will be closed nationwide starting Tuesday, March 10.
