The winter appointment with the TV show SkiOnlineTV returns on Monday, November 25, covering winter mountain life directly from Italy’s best ski resorts for 15 seasons now.
Created and produced by Floriano Omoboni, SkiOnlineTv airs every Monday on Odeon and is broadcast across 100 local TV stations under the Ski Magazine format. It can be considered one of the few television programs dedicated to Snow filmed directly “in the field,” where skiers and snowboarders have fun on hundreds of slopes every winter.

A wide range of topics is covered, from the presentation of seasonal news from ski resorts and ski areas to international events such as the Alpine Ski World Cup; the protagonists are athletes and champions, as well as the people who work in the magnificent world of snow and can best describe the tourism and sports opportunities of their area.
From November through April, Floriano Omoboni travels across the Alps with his TV crew, filming the slopes and winter landscapes, meeting locals, and discovering the features and unique traits of each ski area to provide direct and accurate information.
In a television landscape dominated by soccer, a program dedicated exclusively to skiing and winter sports is a true pleasure for snow enthusiasts.
The first episode of the 2013/14 season will focus on presenting the new features of some of the most important Alpine ski resorts, such as Madonna di Campiglio, Adamello Ski, Val di Fassa, Val di Fiemme, and many others, with interviews with lift company and tourism board directors. Viewers will discover the new slopes, new lifts, and winter events—both competitive and recreational—that will liven up the season across the ski resorts.
SkiOnlineTV will air at 10:30 PM on Odeon TV every week until Easter 2014. ODEON is available on digital terrestrial channel 177 throughout Italy.
SKIONLINETV reruns air on Wednesday at 8:00 PM, Friday at 9:00 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 PM on ODEON.
