Official confirmation has arrived for the lift opening in Artesina. The ski resort in the Mondolè Ski area will kick off its season on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 thanks to heavy snowfalls over the past few days that brought more than 1 meter of snow at high altitude and half a meter in the valley.
The abundant snowfall allowed crews to groom the slopes well ahead of schedule, much to the delight of skiers eager for the new season.
This weekend (November 11–12), the Quarti / Colletto sector will open with a promotional daily skipass at €15 for Adults/Juniors and €7 for Babies;
Skiing will be available on the Colletto and Gaviot slopes as well as the Costabella nursery slope.
During the week, the lifts will remain closed ahead of the following weekend. Operations will resume from Friday 17 through Sunday 19 with the opening of Pian della Turra and the option to ski all the way down to the valley.
Starting November 24, Artesina will move toward the full, continuous opening of the entire ski area.
