Funivie Madonna di Campiglio Spa confirms the opening from tomorrow, SATURDAY DECEMBER 3, of the four-seater chairlift Rododendro and of the red slope Lame, 1,020 m long with a vertical drop of 180 m.
The new Boch four-seater chairlift, which has already been tested, will however remain closed due to the lack of snow on the slopes served by the lift.
Besides the Lame run, the slopes open from SATURDAY DECEMBER 3 will be the blue Graffer slope, the Corna Rossa slope and the Ursus snowpark (upper section), for a total skiable area of 8 km.
The Rododendro chairlift, the 1st and 2nd sections of the Grosté gondola lift and the Express Grosté 6-seater chairlift will operate every day, non-stop from 9:00 to 16:00.
The daily ski pass promotion continues, at a price of 20 euros for ADULTS and SENIORS, 19 euros for JUNIORS and 14 euros for CHILDREN.
In view of the European Cup races already scheduled on the FIS calendar for December 16, 19 and 20, 2011, our snowmakers are working flat out to prepare the Canalone Miramonti as well as possible, using the new snowmaking system built this year in the Patascoss area.
We invite you to check on our website www.funiviecampiglio.it the real-time snow conditions at altitude through the webcams positioned on every side of our ski area and, should there be any news, we will make sure to follow up with a detailed, dedicated press release.
