Lift openings continue in the Engadin (Switzerland): following the opening of Diavolezza, it is now the turn of the Corvatsch ski resort, which will open its lifts daily starting Saturday, November 19.
Starting this weekend, the 1st section of the cable car (Surlej-Murtèl), the Alp Surlej 4-seater chairlift, and the Curtinella 6-seater chairlift (a brand-new lift installed this year) will be open, along with the Chastelets slope down to the Hossa Bar and the Curtinella Run.
For refreshments, skiers can count on the Murtèl mid-station and the Hossa Bar.
To mark the opening of the new chairlift, the following program is scheduled for Saturday, November 19:
9:00 a.m.: opening ceremony of the Curtinella chairlift
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: complimentary aperitif for everyone and information about the new ski lift and snowmaking system
Other dates to remember include December 9, when the first Snow Night will take place featuring special guests DJ REMADY & MANU-L, and December 21, when the Sils-Furtschellas lifts will open.
