Dolomites Torchlight Parade, spectacle, solidarity, and Guinness World Record

Dolomites Fire

dolomites torchlight parade After claiming the Guinness World Record in the category “The largest torchlight parade – multiple venues”, Dolomite’s Fire aims to beat its own record!
Once again this year, the traditional Dolomites Torchlight Parade returns with the lights of solidarity illuminating the slopes and streets of Madonna di Campiglio and Val Rendena.
In collaboration with the choirs of Val Rendena and Giudicarie, choir members from across the entire Brenta Dolomites area will gather in Madonna di Campiglio to accompany the descent of the torches of solidarity.

The organizing committee’s goal is to create an event capable of combining the beauty of the Brenta Dolomites with a spectacle of light on the slopes, the wonderful voices of mountain choirs, and an attempt to break a world record once again.

To achieve the new record, the torchlight parade is set to take place across at least 10 different courses that must never intersect or merge with one another. Each course must be at least 1 statute mile long and last at least 10 minutes. For the torchlight parade to be deemed valid, the groups must start simultaneously from different starting points, and each course must have a minimum of 25 participants who, to be validated, must complete the entire course carrying a torch.

Amid the glow of the torches reflecting off the snow of the Dolomites, spectators will witness a unique and moving show dedicated to the sick children of Magica Cleme.

Alongside the main event, a full weekend of activities dedicated to adults and children alike will be organized in Madonna di Campiglio.
