This November has not brought much snow and many ski resorts are still forced to keep their lifts closed; there is, however, one ski resort where the snow situation is good and where the ski lifts will open on Saturday, November 19: Prali in Piedmont.
The Prali ski area comprises 2 chairlifts and 3 surface lifts; it is not a large ski resort, but it stands out for its very harsh winter climate, which makes it an ideal destination for lovers of abundant fresh snow.
The snowfall of November 8 brought plenty of snow to Prali, leaving a good 140 cm of fresh snow on the ground at around 2,500 m above sea level. The abundance of snow and the low temperatures of recent days have allowed the ski area to confirm the lift opening date already scheduled for Saturday, November 19.
For the first days of opening, the price of a day ski pass will be €17.00, while the ski lifts will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
