From November 30 to December 2, 2012, the Engadin St. Moritz ski destination will inaugurate the new ski season with a big party on Corvatsch! It will be a flying start to the season in the Engadin, where everything is ready for the first runs of the 2012/2013 winter.
Kicking things off will be the “Ski and Snowboard Tests,” offering the chance to test all the latest models from the top ski and snowboard manufacturers right on the slopes.
And while by day you can test equipment on the slopes, in the evening the party will move to the pedestrian zone of St. Moritz. At the St. Moritz City Race, celebrities, guests, and locals will go head-to-head in a parallel slalom.
The St. Moritz City Race is one of the most unique and popular events of the entire season and is renowned across Europe as an occasion of great charm. Sport will take over the historic streets of the town amidst restaurants, boutiques, and the splendid historic buildings of magnificent St. Moritz.
