In Madonna di Campiglio, starting Friday, December 4, 2015, lifts will be open to the public daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with all 4 sectors—Grosté, Spinale, Pradalago, and 5 Laghi—interconnected SKI-TO-DOOR and offering a total of 30 km of immaculately groomed ski slopes.
The cold temperatures recorded over the past week allowed the snowmaking system to run day and night, with around 350 snow guns producing 580,000 cubic meters of artificial snow in just 8 days.
Thanks to Lago Montagnoli, the water storage reservoir for artificial snowmaking completed last year, the Campiglio Skiarea kicked off its ski season last weekend—Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29, 2015—treating snow lovers to a winter preview with 12 km of interconnected slopes in the Grosté and Spinale sectors at a promotional skipass rate.
