Artificial snow has made a fundamental contribution to the near-total opening of the Brenta Dolomites ski area, but there is no shortage of natural snow at higher altitudes either. Over 100 centimeters of snow have been measured on the slopes of Grosté.
On Saturday, December 8 and Sunday, December 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., skiers will be able to experience the thrill of skiing on the legendary “Canalone Miramonti” slope, already prepared for the Men’s World Cup Slalom race scheduled on the calendar for TUESDAY, December 18, 2012.
The thrill lies in skiing down this legendary slope, the stage of the 3Tre, the oldest Ski World Cup race where the greatest World Cup athletes—from Alberto Tomba to Bode Miller, from Karl Schranz to Gustav Thoeni—have written the most important pages in skiing history!
A unique opportunity considering that the Alpine Ski World Cup is returning to Madonna di Campiglio after many years of absence from the White Circus calendar.
Below are the technical specifications of the “Canalone Miramonti” slope:
